Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a full-time role within school districts in the Peterborough, NH area.

Responsibilities:

Administer first aid, medication, and treatments to students according to health care plans and physician directives.

Monitor and manage chronic conditions such as asthma, diabetes, and allergies in students.

Conduct health assessments, screenings, and immunization monitoring in compliance with state regulations.

Provide health education and promote healthy practices among students and staff.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to create individualized health plans for students with special health care needs.

Maintain accurate and confidential student health records.

Respond to health emergencies and provide crisis intervention when necessary.

Requirements:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in New Hampshire.

Previous school-based experience, particularly with elementary school caseloads.

Completion of a background check in accordance with district policies.

Current CPR and First Aid certification.
