We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Registered Nurse (RN) for a school near Henderson, NC. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care and ensure the well-being of a student through effective nursing practices for a 1:1 care role.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and record medical information
Collaborate with team members to ensure student needs are met
Maintain accurate student records and documentation
Adhere to all policies, procedures, and safety protocols
Participate in continuous education and professional development opportunities
Qualifications:
Valid RN license in NC
3 years of nursing experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and patient-focused approach
Preferred Qualifications:
BSN degree
Specialty certification (e.g., CCRN, CEN)
Experience with children
