Hollis, NH - Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - NSY

We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team for the upcoming Nursing School Year (NSY) near Hollis, New Hampshire. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality nursing care to patients, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring the overall well-being of individuals in our facility.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medication and provide direct nursing care to patients based on their individualized care plans.
• Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patients' conditions.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans for patients.

Qualifications:

• Valid LPN license issued by the State of New Hampshire.
• Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program.
• Proven experience as an LPN, preferably in a healthcare or clinical setting.
