Home Care RN job offering the opportunity to work with an excellent Home Care organization in Walterboro, SC. Home Health RN s will be expected to provide direct patient care in accordance with home care policies.

Full Time / 5-6 home visits per day

The ideal Home Health RN will maintain:

• At least 1 year of recent Home Care RN experience
• Admissions / Case Management experience
• Current SC State or Compact License
• Current BLS (AHA)
• OASIS 48-hour turnaround
• Valid Driver s License and Insurance
