Shift: Monday–Friday, rotating on-call
Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is looking for an experienced Home Health RN for a travel contract in Newburgh, NY. This position offers a chance to work independently in the community while making a meaningful difference in patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide skilled nursing care in the home setting
Perform patient assessments and complete visits using Homecare Homebase
Manage care plans and maintain accurate OASIS documentation
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams
Support patients in achieving health goals at home
Qualifications:
Current RN license in NY
At least 2 years of recent home health nursing experience
Strong proficiency in Homecare Homebase (HCHB)
OASIS documentation experience is required
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and dependable transportation
BLS Certification (AHA)
Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
