Home Health RN – Spokane Valley, WA
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift (8:00 AM–5:00 PM)
Sunbelt Staffing is actively hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) with recent home health experience for a contract role in Spokane Valley, Washington. This position requires a nurse who is comfortable working independently in the field and has a solid grasp of OASIS documentation and patient-centered care.
Responsibilities:
Conduct home visits to evaluate, treat, and monitor patients
Complete OASIS Start of Care, Recertifications, Resumptions, and Discharges
Coordinate care with other disciplines and communicate patient progress
Provide education to patients and families regarding diagnoses and care plans
Document care using HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB)
Requirements:
Active RN License in Washington (unencumbered)
Minimum 1 year of recent home health experience
Proficient in OASIS documentation
Experience with HCHB required
AHA BLS certification
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
