Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) – Winston-Salem, NC
Assignment: 13-Week Contract
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Days (8:00 AM–5:00 PM)
Sunbelt Staffing is actively seeking a skilled Home Health RN for a contract opportunity in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in home health care, be confident managing OASIS documentation, and be ready to provide quality nursing care in patients’ homes.
Job Duties:
Conduct Start of Care, Recert, Resumption, and Discharge visits
Perform comprehensive assessments and care planning
Educate patients and caregivers on disease processes and home treatments
Accurately document care using HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB)
Communicate with case managers, physicians, and other care team members
Qualifications:
Active North Carolina (or compact) RN license
Minimum 1 year of recent home health experience
Proficient with OASIS & HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB)
AHA BLS Certification
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
