Are you a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse seeking your next opportunity in Portland, OR? Sunbelt Staffing, a trusted nationwide healthcare staffing agency, is partnering with a respected home health organization to hire an experienced RN for a full-time, 13-week contract assignment. This role offers competitive benefits, including weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) eligibility after 90 days. Pay is negotiable based on experience and territory, with the potential for contract extension.

Position Details:

  • Location: Portland, OR, and surrounding areas 
  • Job Type: Full-Time Contract 
  • Contract Length: 13 weeks with possibility of extension 
  • Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with occasional weekends and on-call
  • Productivity: 25-32 per week, up to 35 patients 
  • Pay: Negotiable based on experience and territory, most common negotiated range is $60-$65 per hour, blended pay packages available for travelers
  • Mileage: .48c visit to visit, 250+ miles per week expected 
  • Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401k after 90 days

    Position Requirements: 

  • Active Oregon (OR) Registered Nurse (RN) License
  • Active American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS
  • Minimum 1 year of home health experience
  • Proficiency in Oasis is required
  • Oasis Certified strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Homecare Homebase is required 
  • Reliable transportation
  • Joint Commission onboarding upon offer

    Position Duties: 

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients in their homes
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
  • Administer skilled nursing care and treatments prescribed by physicians
  • Educate patients and families on disease management, medications, and self-care techniques
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all patient care activities using Oasis and Homecare Homebase
  • Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and high-quality care delivery
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case conferences
  • Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations governing home health services
