Home Health LPN contract offering the opportunity to work with an excellent Home Health Care organization in Puyallup, WA. Home Health RN’s will be expected to provide direct patient care in accordance with home care policies.

• Full Time Contract
• 25-30 units weekly

The ideal Home Care RN will maintain:

• At least 1 year of recent Home Health experience required
• Current WA State License
• Current BLS (AHA)
• Valid Driver’s License and Insurance
• Clear background and great references
