Sunbelt is currently accepting applications for a LPN with Home Health experience in Clemson, South Carolina. To be considered for this position, you must have previous experience working in the HH field. Experience with Homecare Homebase and Medicare/Medicaid is also required.  

Job Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of Home Health experience
  • American Heart Association BLS
  • Homecare Homebase experience (1-year)
