There is a Home Health LPN opening offering the opportunity to work with an excellent Home Health Agency in beautiful Augusta, Georgia. The LPN will be expected to provide direct patient care in accordance with home care policies.

• Full Time Contract
• 5-6 home visits per day

The ideal LPN will maintain:

• At least 1 year of recent Home Health experience
• Current Georgia State License
• Current BLS (AHA)
• Experience with Homecare Homebase
• Valid Driver’s License and Insurance
