Home Health Registered Nurse Contract Available in Rome, GA

Are you a Home Health Registered Nurse looking for a new opportunity? Sunbelt Staffing is currently reviewing applications and conducting phone interviews for a 13 week contract located in Rome, Georgia. Explore the beautiful Appalachian Mountains or spend time in the many museums after spending your days taking care of patients in need of care and compassion.

The selected Home Health Registered Nurse will be expected to provide direct patient care in accordance with home care policies.

• Full Time Contract
• 25-30 units weekly
• OASIS documentation completed within 24 hours

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of recent Home Health/Homecare experience required
• Admissions / Case Management experience preferred
• Current Georgia or compact Registered Nurse license required
• Current BLS (AHA) or willingness to obtain
• OASIS experience REQUIRED - 24-48 turnaround
• Homecare Homebase experience required
• Valid Driver s License and Insurance required
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
