Job Description: A Home Health Nurse provides one-on-one care for clients in the home setting, including dressing, bathing, IV therapy, medication management and wound care. Patients requiring home health nursing services can include patients that are terminally or chronically ill, disabled or elderly, along with individuals recovering from an accident or injury.
