Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract in Lexington, KY. This role is ideal for a nurse proficient in OASIS documentation and experienced with Homecare Homebase, ready to provide exceptional care in a home health setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and accurately complete OASIS documentation
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to address patient needs
  • Provide skilled nursing services, including wound care, medication administration, and patient education
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to achieve the best patient outcomes
  • Offer guidance and support to patients and families throughout their care

    Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in Kentucky
  • Proficiency in OASIS documentation and experience with Homecare Homebase required
  • Minimum of 2 years of Home Health nursing experience preferred
  • Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and onboarding in compliance with Joint Commission standards
