Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract in Salisbury, MD. This role is ideal for an RN with expertise in OASIS documentation and experience with Homecare Homebase, dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care in a home health setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough patient assessments and document accurately using OASIS

Plan and implement individualized care plans to meet patient health goals

Provide skilled nursing services, including wound care, medication management, and patient education

Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care

Educate patients and families to enhance self-care and independence

Qualifications:

Active RN license in Maryland

Proficiency in OASIS documentation and experience with Homecare Homebase required

At least 2 years of Home Health experience preferred

Ability to pass background checks, drug screenings, and onboarding per Joint Commission standards

Open to both local candidates and travelers
