Job Title: Travel Home Health RN
Location: Butler, PA

Type: Contract – Travelers and Locals Accepted

Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift: Monday–Friday, with on-call rotation

Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a qualified Home Health RN for a 13-week contract in Butler, PA. This position is ideal for nurses who thrive in independent settings and are experienced with OASIS and Homecare Homebase. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct skilled nursing visits and manage patient care

  • Complete OASIS assessments and maintain accurate documentation

  • Use Homecare Homebase for all charting requirements

  • Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team

  • Educate patients and caregivers on treatment and care plans

  • Rotate in on-call schedule as needed

    Qualifications:

  • Active Pennsylvania RN license

  • At least 2 years of home health experience

  • Required experience with both OASIS and Homecare Homebase

  • Current BLS from the American Heart Association

  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance

  • Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
