Sunbelt Staffing is actively hiring a Home Health RN for a travel contract in Greensburg, KY. This role is suited for an RN who thrives in autonomous environments, meets tight documentation deadlines, and is familiar with Homecare Homebase. Locals and travelers welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality in-home patient care
Complete OASIS documentation with a 24-hour turnaround
Utilize Homecare Homebase for efficient charting
Monitor patient progress and report changes to providers
Educate patients and caregivers on care plans and medication adherence
Qualifications:
Current RN license in Kentucky
At least 2 years of home health experience
Must be proficient in OASIS documentation (24-hour turnaround required)
Homecare Homebase experience required
Driver’s license, car insurance, and dependable vehicle
Must meet Joint Commission compliance standards
