Shift: Monday-Friday, with occasional on-call duties

Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract assignment in Woodstock, GA. This role requires proficiency in OASIS documentation and experience with Homecare Homebase, offering the opportunity to provide exceptional care to patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document findings using OASIS
  • Develop and manage individualized care plans based on patient needs
  • Provide nursing services including medication management, wound care, and patient education
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective and coordinated care
  • Support patients and families to manage care and maintain independence

    Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in Georgia
  • Proficient in OASIS documentation and experience with Homecare Homebase
  • Minimum of 2 years of Home Health nursing experience preferred
  • Ability to pass background checks, drug screenings, and onboarding in compliance with Joint Commission standards
  • Locals and travelers both accepted
