Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a proficient Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join a top healthcare team in Richmond, VA. This 13-week contract position requires strong proficiency in OASIS documentation and experience with Homecare Homebase software, offering an opportunity to work in a collaborative and patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient assessments and document findings in accordance with OASIS standards
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
  • Provide direct nursing care, including medication management and wound care
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
  • Educate patients and families on self-care and health maintenance

    Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in Virginia
  • OASIS proficiency and experience with Homecare Homebase required
  • 2 years of bedside Home Health experience preferred
  • Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
  • Locals and travelers both accepted
