Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract in Pink Hill, NC. This role requires expertise in OASIS documentation and experience with Homecare Homebase software. Join a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to provide patient-centered care in the comfort of patients' homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings through OASIS standards
  • Develop individualized care plans to address patient needs and goals
  • Deliver nursing care, including wound care, medication administration, and monitoring
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Educate patients and families on self-care and managing their health at home

    Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in North Carolina
  • Proficiency in OASIS documentation and experience with Homecare Homebase required
  • 2 years of Home Health experience preferred
  • Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
  • Locals and travelers both accepted
