Shift: Monday-Friday, with potential on-call

Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is looking for a compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join a 13-week contract assignment in Baker City, OR. This role requires expertise in OASIS documentation and experience with Homecare Homebase to provide high-quality care to patients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document findings accurately using OASIS
  • Create and implement customized care plans to meet individual patient needs
  • Deliver skilled nursing services, such as wound care, medication administration, and health education
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care delivery
  • Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery processes

    Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in Oregon
  • Proficiency in OASIS documentation and Homecare Homebase required
  • Minimum of 2 years of Home Health nursing experience preferred
  • Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and onboarding in compliance with Joint Commission standards
  • Open to both local candidates and travelers
