Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is hiring an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract assignment in Cambridge, MD. This role focuses on providing patient-centered care in a home setting and requires proficiency in OASIS documentation and experience with Homecare Homebase software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed patient assessments and document findings using OASIS standards
  • Develop and execute personalized care plans to address patient health goals
  • Perform skilled nursing tasks such as wound care, medication management, and patient education
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive care
  • Educate and support patients and their families to promote independence in care

    Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in Maryland
  • Proficiency in OASIS and Homecare Homebase experience required
  • Minimum of 2 years of Home Health nursing experience preferred
  • Ability to pass background checks, drug screenings, and onboarding per Joint Commission standards
  • Open to both local candidates and travelers
