Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract assignment in Lawrenceville, GA. This role requires proficiency in OASIS documentation and experience with Homecare Homebase, providing an excellent opportunity to offer high-quality patient care in the home setting while ensuring the best possible outcomes for your patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete detailed patient assessments and document care using OASIS
  • Develop and manage personalized care plans based on patient needs
  • Provide nursing services, including wound care, medication management, and patient education
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care
  • Guide and support patients and families to maintain independence and manage care at home

    Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in Georgia
  • Proficient in OASIS documentation and Homecare Homebase
  • Minimum of 2 years of Home Health nursing experience preferred
  • Ability to pass background checks, drug screenings, and onboarding per Joint Commission standards
  • Locals and travelers are both accepted
