Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract in Reno, NV. This opportunity is ideal for a nurse skilled in OASIS documentation and familiar with Homecare Homebase, ready to deliver exceptional care to patients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough patient assessments and document findings accurately using OASIS
  • Develop and implement patient-centered care plans tailored to individual needs
  • Provide essential nursing care, including wound management, medication administration, and patient education
  • Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Educate patients and their families on recovery processes and ongoing care requirements

    Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in Nevada
  • Proficiency in OASIS documentation and experience with Homecare Homebase required
  • At least 2 years of Home Health nursing experience preferred
  • Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and onboarding in compliance with Joint Commission standards
  • Open to both local candidates and travelers
