Home Health, Registered Nurse (RN)-Rome, GA

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Home Health team in the picturesque community of Rome, GA.

As a Home Health RN, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of patients by providing high-quality care in the comfort of their homes.

Job Details:

• Position Type: Contract, Full-Time
• Length: 13 Week Contract, possibility of extension upon successful completion and performance
• Weekly Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Additional Availability: Occasional weekends and on-call
• Location: Rome, Georgia
• Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k
• Compensation: Hourly pay, not by visit; Negotiable pay, based off territory and experience; Blended pay packages available for travelers; Mileage reimbursement

Job Duties:

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations of patients' health and home care needs.
• Administer medications, provide wound care, and perform various medical procedures as required.
• Monitor and document patients' vital signs, symptoms, and progress throughout the course of care.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic records using Oasis and Homecare Homebase software.
• Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and company policies and procedures.
• Participate in on-call rotations and respond to patient needs as necessary.

Requirements:

• Active Georgia RN license
• Active AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification
• Minimum of 1 year of Home Health experience
• Proficiency in Oasis and Homecare Homebase software to be considered for hire
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
