Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) – Contract
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Duration: 13 Weeks
Hours: 40 hours/week (No weekends, No call)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Home Health RN to provide compassionate, in-home nursing care to patients throughout Las Vegas and nearby areas. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and experience with home health documentation.
Requirements:
Active RN license in Nevada (or compact)
Minimum 1 year recent home health nursing experience
Proficient in OASIS and home health documentation
Experience with HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) preferred
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Strong organizational and patient education skills
Responsibilities:
Conduct initial, routine, discharge, and recertification visits
Assess patient conditions and coordinate care plans
Educate patients and families on disease management and treatments
Ensure timely and accurate documentation of care
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
