Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a Home Health RN for a 13-week assignment in Danville, KY. This position involves visiting patients in their homes, completing OASIS assessments, and using Homecare Homebase to chart visits. Candidates must be comfortable managing a caseload independently and have experience in home health care.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
Complete and submit OASIS documentation accurately
Utilize Homecare Homebase for all electronic charting
Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary teams
Educate patients and families on treatment plans
Participate in on-call rotation as needed
Qualifications:
Active Kentucky RN license
At least 2 years of home health experience
Proficiency with OASIS and Homecare Homebase
AHA BLS certification
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
