Home Health RN opening in Kingsport, Tennessee

There is a Home Health RN opening offering the opportunity to work with an excellent Home Health Agency in Kingsport, Tennessee. The RN will be expected to provide direct patient care in accordance with home care policies.

• Full Time Contract
• 25-30 units weekly
• OASIS documentation completed within 24 hours

The ideal RN will maintain:

• At least 1 year of recent Home Health experience
• Current Tennessee State License
• Current BLS (AHA)
• Experience with Homecare Homebase required
• OASIS experience required
• Clear background and great references
• Ability to pass drug screen
• Valid Driver s License and Insurance
