Home Health RN - Travel Opportunity - Cleveland, OH

Description: Discover an exciting travel opportunity as a Home Health Registered Nurse in Cleveland, OH. While prior experience with Home Care Home Base (HCHB) and Oasis is beneficial, your passion for home health care is equally important. This position offers a daytime schedule from 8 am to 5 pm.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care within the home health setting.

• Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records and documentation.

• Willingness to learn or prior experience with Home Care Home Base (HCHB) and Oasis.
• Flexibility for an 8 am - 5 pm shift.
