HOME HEALTH Travel Contract Registered Nurse (RN) - Owensboro, Kentucky

We are actively seeking an RN for a Home Health position located in Owensboro, KY. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of recent Home Health experience, OASIS and HCHB experience and be able to perform 25-30 points weekly. 

Requirements: 

• Active RN license
• Active Driver’s license
• Proof of Auto insurance
• Ability to pass a drug screening and background check
• BLS (AHA)
• Must have Oasis and HCHB experience
• 25-30 productively points weekly 

Job details:

• M-F
• 13-week contract
• 8a-5p
• On-call as needed
• Weekends as needed
