Home Health Travel RN Job in Athens, GA

Home Health Travel RN position offering the opportunity to work with an excellent Home Health Care organization in Athens, GA. Home Health Travel RN s will be expected to provide direct patient care in accordance with home care policies.

• Full Time / 13-Week Contract
• 5-6 home visits per day

The ideal Home Health Travel RN will have experience with:

• Case Management and Start of Care Admissions
• OASIS / 48-hour turnaround

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of recent Home Health RN experience
• Current GA State or Compact License
• Current BLS (AHA)
• Valid Driver s License and Insurance
