Home Health Travel RN position offering the opportunity to work with an excellent Home Health Care organization in Snow Hill, NC. Home Health Travel RN s will be expected to provide direct patient care in accordance with home care policies.

• Full Time / 13-Week Contract
• 5-6 home visits per day

The ideal Home Health Travel RN will have experience with:

• Case Management and Start of Care Admissions
• OASIS / 48-hour turnaround

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of recent Home Health RN experience
• Current NC State or Compact License
• Current BLS (AHA)
• Valid Driver s License and Insurance
