Home Health Travel RN Position in Lumberton, NC

Home Health Travel RN Position offering the opportunity to work with an excellent Home Health Care organization in Lumberton, NC. Home Health RN’s will be expected to provide direct patient care in accordance with home care policies.

• Full Time / 13-Week Contract
• 5-6 home visits per day

The ideal Home Health Travel RN candidate will have experience with:

• Case Management and Start of Care Admissions
• OASIS / 48-hour turnaround 

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of recent Home Health RN experience
• Current NC State or Compact License
• Current BLS (AHA)
• Valid Driver’s License and Insurance
