Hours: Approx. 30 hours/week | 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $74/hour
We are seeking a Fully Credentialed LPN for a 1:1 school-based position supporting a male Kindergarten student. The student requires assistance with:
Toileting and feeding
Medication administration
Monitoring seizure activity and asthma management
Support with hearing impairment
Mobility assistance (student uses a wheelchair)
The student is classified as MDS and will need consistent, compassionate care throughout the school day.
Requirements:
Active LPN license in Pennsylvania
All clearances (within one calendar year)
Previous school or pediatric experience preferred
