Position: Operating Room Nurse

There is a facility in Alaska actively interviewing for an experienced travel Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN). This is a 13-week assignment with the possibility of extending and is for days. Assignment Details:

• 13 Weeks
• Days
• 36 hours per week
  • 7 AM - 7 PM
• Possible extension based on performance
• Electronic Charting
• Some call may be required
• Associate Degree or higher from an accredited nursing program
• BLS/ACLS
• Alaska RN License
• Current Professional Resume
• Clinical References
• 2 recent years of experience on the unit
  • Ability to Scrub and Circulate
  • Ortho, Ortho Trauma, Vascular, Urology, General Surgery, Neuro, Open Heart, Ophthalmology, and ENT
  • Monitor patient under sedation
  • Communicate patient needs with O.R Team
  • Electronically document procedure
  • Maintain an organized and sterile work area
