We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide 1:1 medical support for a high school student in Denton, TX. This is a full-time onsite position that includes bus riding responsibilities. The student requires skilled nursing care during the school day.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct 1:1 medical care for a high school student
Perform tracheostomy care, oral suctioning, and PEG tube feedings
Ride the school bus with the student to and from school
Communicate regularly with school staff and parents regarding student care
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and medical standards
Qualifications:
Active RN license in the state of Texas (required)
Experience in trach care, suctioning, and tube feeding (required)
School-based nursing or pediatric experience preferred
Candidates residing near Lewisville, TX are strongly preferred
