Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an experienced and independent Home Health RN for a 13-week travel contract in Greensburg, KY. This assignment is ideal for RNs who excel in OASIS documentation (24-hour turnaround required) and are comfortable using Homecare Homebase. Locals and travelers both accepted.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-home patient assessments and develop care plans
Complete OASIS documentation accurately and within 24 hours
Chart using Homecare Homebase software
Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team
Manage a caseload and respond to patient needs promptly
Qualifications:
Active Kentucky RN license
Minimum 2 years of recent home health experience
Proficiency in OASIS with 24-hour turnaround
Homecare Homebase experience required
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
