Deliver first aid and health assessments for students and staff

Support students with chronic conditions (asthma, diabetes, allergies, etc.)

Maintain and update medical records in compliance with Missouri school health regulations

Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families on IHPs, 504 Plans, and IEP health needs

Provide education around hygiene, nutrition, and preventive care

Respond to emergency situations and help shape school-wide safety plans

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

Active Missouri RN license

Current CPR and First Aid certification

Effective communication and critical thinking skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with education professionals

A patient, compassionate approach to working with children and teens

Preferred:

BSN or higher degree

Previous experience in pediatric, school, or community health settings

Familiarity with IEP/504 processes and student accommodations

Multilingual skills (especially Spanish) are a plus
