Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Multiple Opportunities in Montrose, PA

Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Rotating Weekends & Holidays
Location: Montrose, PA
Schedule Options:

  • Med/Surg Floor: Full Time (2300-1100 / 1900-0700)
  • Emergency Department: Half Time (24 hours/week, 1100-2300) or Full Time (40 hours/week, 1100-2300)

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients on the Med/Surg floor and Emergency Department.
  • Accurately monitor and document patient conditions and progress.
  • Administer medications and treatments in compliance with care plans.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

    Requirements:

  • Active PA State LPN License
  • BLS Certification
  • ChildLine & FBI Fingerprinting Clearances
  • Strong communication and critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced medical setting
