Licensed Practical Nurse - Home Health - Bluffton, SC

Sunbelt is seeking a Home Health LPN Specialist for a 13-week contract in Bluffton, SC. This role involves providing one-on-one skilled nursing care and treatment to patients in their homes. Spend quality time with the patient, promoting their health and independence. Daytime shifts with 40 hours per week. Requires reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and BLS (AHA) certification.

• Responsibilities:

• Requirements:
  • Active LPN license
