Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) 1:1 School Contract Position

Provide direct medical care and monitoring throughout the school day

Manage G/J tube care, including use of a Farrell bag for venting

Perform suctioning as needed

Assist with positioning to prevent further breakdown of pressure wounds

Collaborate with school staff, therapists, and healthcare professionals to ensure student safety and well-being

Maintain accurate documentation of medical interventions and observations

Qualifications:

Active LPN license in Georgia

Experience with G/J tubes, suctioning, and wound care preferred

School-based or pediatric experience is a plus

Ability to work independently and follow care plans effectively
