There is a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) contract offering the opportunity to work with an excellent Home Health Agency in beautiful Augusta, GA. Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) will be expected to provide direct patient care in accordance with home care policies.

• Full Time Contract
• 5-6 home visits per day

The ideal Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will maintain:

• At least 1 year of recent Home Health experience
• Current GA State License
• Current BLS (AHA)
• Experience with Homecare Homebase
• Valid Driver’s License and Insurance
