ProCare Therapy is hiring a school based LPN in Forest Lake for the current school year. Interviews are conducted via Zoom or a phone call. The school is looking to fill this opening immediately. Details about the position are provided below.


Qualifications: 

• Minnesota LPN License 
• 1+ years of Schools Experience, Preferred
• Background Check Required Upon Offer

Overview: 

• Full Time
• 5 Days a Week 
• 35-40 Hours Per Week 
• Start ASAP
• End May/June 2023 

Caseload: 

• K-12th Grade 
• Duties Include Any Medical Attention in Classroom, Along With Acting As a Paraprofessional When Not Performing Medical Duties 
• 1 School Site
• More Caseload Specific Details Provided on Interview
