Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position for a School District in New Hampshire.

Sunbelt Staffing is working with a school district near Pembroke, New Hampshire, to locate a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).This role is unique as it covers both the academic year and an extended summer session, ensuring continuity of care for students with specialized health needs.

Job Qualifications:

  • Active LPN license in the state of New Hampshire.
  • Prior experience in pediatric or school nursing is strongly preferred, as well as comfort working in a 1:1 support setting.

    Job Details:

  • School Year Schedule: 8:15 AM - 3:45 PM, Monday-Friday
  • Summer Program: July 7 - July 28, Monday-Thursday, 4 hours per day
  • Assist students with their specific medical needs, which may include tube feeding, medication administration, mobility assistance, and daily health monitoring.
  • Provide 1:1 oversight to ensure each student’s well-being throughout the school day, including emergency response and implementing care plans.
