Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Opportunity in Manchester, NH!

Are you a compassionate and skilled LPN looking to make a difference in a school setting? We have a full-time LPN position available in Manchester, NH, starting September 4, 2024. This role involves providing 1:1 care to students with diverse needs and offers a rewarding experience in an educational environment.

Position: 1:1 Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Manchester, NH
Dates: September 4, 2024 - June 17, 2025
Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week
Caseload: K-12th grade students
Duties: Tube feeding, seizure monitoring, potential bus riding, assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), and helping with schoolwork

Responsibilities:

  • Specialized Care: Provide 1:1 healthcare services to students, including tube feeding and seizure monitoring.
  • Daily Monitoring: Observe and manage the student’s health needs throughout the school day.
  • Support: Assist with ADLs and schoolwork as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work with school staff, parents, and healthcare professionals to ensure the student’s well-being.
  • Flexibility: Potential to assist with bus duties if required.

    Requirements:

  • Licensure: Active LPN licensure in New Hampshire.
  • Certifications: CPR certification.
  • Experience: Experience with K-12 students and handling complex medical needs is preferred.
  • Skills: Ability to perform tube feeding and monitor seizures.
