Soliant Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide 1:1 care for a student in a school setting. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on a child's educational experience by ensuring their health and well-being throughout the school day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct 1:1 care to a student with specific medical needs.
  • Collaborate with school staff, parents, and medical professionals to ensure the student's health and safety.
  • Monitor and manage the student's medical condition, administer medications, and respond to any health-related emergencies.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of the student's health status and care provided.
  • Support the student in achieving their educational goals by promoting a safe and healthy learning environment.

    Qualifications:

  • Current LPN or RN license in the state.
  • Previous pediatric or school nursing experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make quick, informed decisions.
  • Passion for working with children and making a difference in their lives.
