Licensed Practical Nurse Role Open Near Tigard, OR

Associate's Degree in Nursing 

Must have LPN/LVN State License or Certification 

Must be CPR and BLS certified 

Job Details: 

Start & End Date: 2024 - 2025 New School Year 

Hours: Full Time & Part Time available 

Caseload Details: More details can be discussed during an interview. 
 

Responsibilities: 

Medication Administration: Responsible for administering prescribed medications to students, ensuring proper dosages, and keeping accurate records of medication administration. 

First Aid and Emergency Care: Provide immediate care for students who are injured or become ill during school hours. Assess the situation, administer first aid, and determine if further medical treatment is needed. 

1:1 with Students
