LPN/RN with Trach Experience – 1:1 Nursing Contract Position
Employer: ProCare Therapy
Location: Madison, GA 30650
Employment Type: W2 Contract
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5:30 AM – 12:30 PM (Optional Extra Hours: 3:30 PM – 5:30 PM Wednesday and Thursday)
Position: 1:1 with Primary School Student, Bus Ride Included

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced LPN or RN with trach care experience to provide one-on-one care for a primary school student in Madison, GA. This position will involve accompanying the student on the bus and providing necessary medical care throughout the school day.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 nursing care to a primary school student with trach needs

  • Manage and monitor trach care, including suctioning, maintenance, and monitoring throughout the school day

  • Ride the bus with the student to and from school, ensuring safety during transportation

  • Assist with any additional medical needs as required during school hours

  • Collaborate with school staff to ensure the student's health and safety are prioritized

  • Maintain professional and accurate documentation of care

    Requirements:

  • Active LPN or RN licensure

  • Experience with trach care and related medical procedures

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Compassionate, professional demeanor with strong communication skills

  • Must be able to ride the bus with the student to and from school
