ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at one of our trusted school districts located in Glendale, AZ

Job Information:

• LPN will accompany a 5th grade female student on the bus to and from school.
• Responsibilities will include tracheotomy support, together with suctioning as needed, monitoring oxygen saturation levels and for signs and symptoms of respiratory distress, and provide nursing interventions as stated in the students health care plan.
• Full Time
• ASAP-May 21, 2024

• 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
• 20-30 Minute virtual interview directly with the school district
