Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Job Type: Contracted for 2024-2025

Soliant is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team and help provide exceptional care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and record patients' vital signs and medical histories.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and RNs.

Assist in patient assessments and care planning.

Provide patient education and support to patients and families.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.

Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout care.

Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive patient care.

Assist with daily activities such as dressing, bathing, and feeding patients.
Qualifications:

Current and valid LPN license in Louisiana.

Proven experience in a clinical or healthcare setting preferred.

Knowledge of patient care procedures and medical terminology.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
